The Georgia Credit Union Political Action Committee is a state-registered PAC that encourages individual credit unions and those individuals who support those credit unions to contribute financially to protect the future of the credit union movement. The funds raised are used to promote credit union interests at the state level.
Georgia CUPAC/CULAC are the state and federal political action committees (PACs) for credit unions. Contributions to Georgia CUPAC/CULAC are not tax deductible for federal income purposes and are distributed in a 60/40 split between the two PACs. Contributions are strictly voluntary and you have the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. Contributions from individuals outside of the solicitable class will be returned. Federal election law requires us to report the name, address, occupation and/or name of employer for individuals who contribute $200 or more in a calendar year.
