Chapters have always played a significant role in providing leadership, education and networking opportunities within the Georgia credit union movement. Chapters are comprised of local area credit unions. The chapters give credit union officials and staff the opportunity to meet regularly, get to know each other, and exchange ideas that help them make their individual credit unions better. They are an integral part of the credit union system.
Each of the chapters has a board of directors and officers who are responsible for planning meetings, communicating with the membership, establishing budgets and working with the League.
Georgia has 10 credit union chapters and chapter membership is determined according to geography. Below are all the chapters (listed alphabetically), their presidents, and links to information on upcoming chapter meetings. Please click on chapter names for more information about individual chapters, including a list of credit unions in each chapter and how to contact the chapter's president.
